WOODBURY – Mrs. Clarice Aleandri, 88, previously of Tracy Avenue, Waterbury, handed away peacefully after an extended sickness, surrounded by her loving household, on Friday, Sept. 30, 2022, on the house of her son in Woodbury. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 52 years, Nazzareno Aleandri, and her daughter Anna Shove.
Clarice was born on Oct. 12, 1933, in Croce Di Casali, Comunanza, Ascoli Piceno, Italy, a daughter of the late Guido and Norina (Morgandi) Virivé. She attended faculty in Italy. She got here to the U.S. in 1955 and labored as a seamstress for a lot of Waterbury clothes shops.
She additionally labored as a prepare dinner for The Westover Faculty, St. Margaret’s-McTernan Faculty, and retired as a chef from Southmayd Residence. She was a communicant of Our Girl of Lourdes Church.
