For a flavour profile that pleases the senses, attempt to embody dried herbs in addition to spices, one thing (dried) from the allium household, maybe a contact of mustard powder, spices with warmth similar to paprika, and distinctive ones similar to coriander and cumin.
I like to incorporate one thing inexperienced, each for flavour and color, so I included dried oregano and dried parsley. There must be salt too, and I used Maldon smoked sea salt to usher in a refined smokey character too.

3 Tbsp dried parsley
1 Tbsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp chilli flakes
1 Tbsp floor black pepper
1 Tbsp Maldon smoked sea salt
2 tsp onion flakes
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp floor coriander
1 tsp floor cumin
1 tsp dried crushed garlic
1 tsp paprika
Ribeye steak with spice rack steak rub:
2 x 350 g mature ribeye steaks
3 Tbsp butter
Spice rack steak rub, as wanted
Maldon smoked sea salt, to style, if wanted
Technique
Combine all of the spices collectively together with the smoked sea salt, stir effectively and retailer in a jar with an hermetic lid till required.
Clear and dry steaks and ensure they’re at room temperature. Pat dry and sprinkle the rub over them, then rub it in together with your palms. Let the steaks stand for an hour or so.
Soften the butter till sizzling and foaming, then add the steaks and fry till caramelised on either side, and uncommon or medium uncommon within the center. DM/TGIFood
